Hours viewed – 6:00am-8:00am

6:00am – Customer 1&2 are already at a booth waiting for their food. (Order #005-29308) Kathleen is in the kitchen. She plates their food and takes it out to them. Margaret is deep cleaning the drink dispenser.

6:01am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-21000) Pam arrives to enter SCR’s in the office. Kathleen begins working on the online order.

6:05am – Margaret goes to the kitchen to prep soup.

6:08am – Kathleen packs up the online order and sets it on the counter. She then tidies up her work space. Margaret goes to the dishwasher to rinse dishes and load them into the dish rack.

6:10am – Kathleen pulls a case of bacon from the walk in to work on prep.

6:19am – Customer 3 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret greets him with silverware and a coffee. She then grabs a handheld and rings in his order. (Order #005-29309) A delivery driver enters. Kathleen confirms the order with the dasher and he leaves. She then returns to the kitchen to work on orders and prep.

6:20am – Customers 1&2 go to the register to pay for their order. Margaret processes their cash payment and they leave.

6:23am – Margaret clears off the table customers 1&2 left.

6:26am – Kathleen plates the order for customer 3 and takes it out to him. She then returns to prep in the kitchen. Margaret also returns to her prep/duties.

6:38am – Customer 4 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret greets him with silverware and grabs a handheld to ring in his order. (Order #005-29310) Margaret gets the customer his drink then clears away empty dishes from customer 3. Kathleen works on the order.

6:42am – Margaret returns to her cleaning duties.

6:45am – Kathleen plates the order for customer 4 and Margaret takes it out to him.

6:46am – Customer 3 goes to the register to pay. Margaret goes to the register to process his card payment. The customer leaves. Margaret then takes cash from the register to the safe to get change.
6:48am – Margaret clears the table customer 3 left then stops in the managers office to talk with Pam.

6:53am – Margaret returns to cleaning. Kathleen is still working on prep.

7:04am – Customer 4 hands Margaret cash to pay for his order. She takes to the register to process the payment. Customer 4 leaves. Margaret cleans off the table he left.

7:09am – Margaret checks that table caddies are stocked.

7:15am – Kathleen goes outside for a smoke break.

7:16am – Kathleen returns from outside, goes to the kitchen to wash her hands and continues prep work.

7:18am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-21001) Customer 5 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret greets him with silverware and gets a handheld to ring in his order. (Order #005-29311) She then gets him his drink. Kathleen begins working on the orders.

7:20am – Margaret goes outside for a smoke break.

7:21am – Margaret returns from outside.

7:22am – Customers 6&7 enter together and sit at a booth. Margaret greets them with silverware. Kathleen plates the order for customer 5 and sets it on the counter. She then returns to working on the online order. Margaret takes the plated food to customer 5.

7:23am – Margaret grabs a handheld to ring in an order for customers 6&7. (Order #005-29312)

7:24am – Margaret gets drinks for customers 6&7. Kathleen packs up the online order and sets it on the counter. She then returns to her prep work.

7:25am – Margaret gets customers 6&7 their soup.

7:27am – A delivery driver enters to pick up the online order. Margaret greets him, confirms the order and the dasher leaves. Margaret then restocks items on the beverage counter.

7:30am – Margaret unloads the dishwasher and puts things away.

7:35am – Margaret checks in on customer 5 and clears away his empty plate. She then checks in on customers 6&7 and gets them drink refills.

7:37am – Margaret empties the smaller trash cans around the restaurant into the larger one near the dishwasher.

7:39am – Customer 5 goes to the register to pay. Margaret processes his cash payment and he leaves. Margaret then cleans off the table he left. Kathleen is still in the kitchen working on prep.

7:42am – Margaret cleans the windowsill.

7:45am – Customer 6 goes to the register to pay. Customer 8 enters and sits at a booth. Margaret goes to the register to process the payment for customers 6&7. Customer 6 returns to his table. Margaret grabs silverware and a handheld and greets customer 8. She then rings in his order and gets his drink.

7:48am – Kathleen works on the order for customer 8. Margaret works on her prep at the end of the beverage counter.

7:54am – Kathleen plates the food for customer 8 and Margaret takes it out to him. Kathleen tidies up in the kitchen. Margaret returns to prep.

7:56am – Customers 6&7 leave. Margaret cleans the table they left then returns to prep.



Summary:

-Smoking is permitted ONLY during your 30-minute meal break. No additional smoke breaks are allowed during shift.
