David clocked in @ 10:17pm. He was not in full uniform. David was missing his hat/visor.
William clocked in @ 9:54pm. He was in full uniform.

Hours viewed – 1:00am-3:00am

1:00am – Customer 1&2 are already at a booth eating. (Order #001-106377) David is standing near b chatting with them. William is in the kitchen working on prep.

1:05am – Customers 1&2 hand David cash for their order and leave. David takes the cash to the register to process the payment.

1:06am – William stops working prep and begins to clear the table customers 1&2 left. David goes to the register and rings in an employee meal for himself. (Order #001-106378)

1:08am – David begins making his order.

1:10am – William paces around.

1:13am – William returns to clearing off the table customers 1&2 left.

1:14am – David plates his food, goes to the register to clock out for break, then goes to the break table to eat.

1:17am – William returns to working on prep in the kitchen.

1:37am – Customer 3 enters and sits at the counter. William greets him and stands around near the register.

1:38am – William begins to ring in an order for customer 3 but it appears the customer changes his mind and leaves. William voids out the entry before the order is submitted. He then paces around.

1:41am – William goes to the kitchen to scrape the grill down.

1:44am – William stands around.

1:48am – David goes to the register and clocks back in from break.

1:50am – William goes to the register and rings in an employee meal for himself. (Order #001-106379)

1:51am – William goes to the kitchen to make his order. David goes to the restroom.

1:57am – William plates his food, goes to the register to clock out for break, then goes to the break table to eat.

1:58am – David returns from the restroom, washes his hands, and makes sure all seats have a placemat.

2:03am – David checks the server tablet for shift duties then works on prep at the end of the beverage counter.

2:09am – David paces around.

2:11am – David goes to the back to move/rinse dishes from the sink and put them into dish racks.

2:21am – David checks the server tablet again. He then goes to the back to get a fresh sanitizer bucket.

2:24am – David goes to the register and appears to check on something. Price?

2:25am – David goes to the back and puts away a few utensils from the dishwasher.

2:26am – David sits on the windowsill.

2:28am – Williams puts his dishes in the dishwasher rack then goes to the register to clock back in from break. William then stands around talking with David.

2:32am – William goes to the back to save something and pull items from the walk-in freezer for prep. David gets up and begins pacing.

2:38am – William and David stand on the back talking.

2:40am – William begins working on prep. David paces and checks that table caddies are stocked.

2:47am – David grabs a broom from the back and begins to sweep the restaurant.

2:57am – An online order comes in. (DD Order #999-20556) William begins working on the order in the kitchen. David gets the soup for the order packaged.


Summary:

-Employees are forbidden from sitting on the job except in the break area while on meal break.
