View reports index

Use this for timeline/documentation records where the employee should be able to view the report and attachments but should not be asked to sign off. Saving with this checked removes the Sign Off area from the employee/report view.
Important: selecting files here does not upload them yet. Click Save Draft to upload and attach them to the report. Accepted: photos plus common video files.
