8.4.5 - Evidence video download handling
- Updated the photo/video gallery so video evidence files open as downloads instead of forcing the browser to try to play camera-export files that may not be browser-compatible.
- Existing report photo galleries are refreshed when a report is saved, so older reports pick up the gallery viewer fix without disturbing existing evidence files.
- Expanded accepted evidence video extensions and added a note about camera-export videos.
